What your background should be

The Human Resources Management Specialist must meet the position requirements: - From five years of previous experience providing professional clerical support. - Knowledge of punctuation, spelling and business English. - Proficiency in office procedures and methods. - Ability to set and maintain effective relationships with the co-workers. - Interpret as well as handle everyday matters according to the policy of the company. - Ability to work in strict accordance with the written and verbal instructions. - From two years of college level coursework.
