What you'll be doing

Design, plan, coordinate, conduct and evaluate training program (both internal and outsourced) for target audiences. Conduct need analysis, determine learning objectives, competency indicators and design course content. Assess and recommend opportunities to implement face to face learning and computer based training. Design plan, procedures and processes for the administration of training and development; monitoring employee progress and program effectiveness. Maintain record keeping for technical and required training including requalification. Act as human resource information system administrator for site including data entry, report writing and maintenance. Work closely with and provide guidance to on the job (OJT) instructors to assist in direct coaching and training of hourly personnel. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Three or more years of training experience in assessment, course design, development, delivery, measurement tools and reporting. Three or more years of experience in HR. Work experience in a manufacturing company preferred. Excellent oral and written English communication skills; good presentation and interpersonal skill. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and related software applications. American society of yraining and development (ASTD) certification in human performance improvement (HPI) and e-learning courseware certification (ECC) desirable.
