What you'll be doing
- The position holder will recommend human resource policies and procedures revisions, provide consultation relating human resource issues including recruitment and selection, job assortment and employee relations, organize and facilitate recruiting and hiring process, organize fundraiser and community service efforts, complete appropriate forms i n accordance with EEO, make sure timely completion of PIF's, requisitions and job posting. The selected candidate will also be involved in hiring, onboarding and orientation of staff.
What your background should be
- Minimum of 1 year experience with recruitment or completion of HR LID , Bilingual preffered
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelors Degree with HR LID program preffered
