Responsible for processing and auditing worker payroll using HRIS, Payroll and Timekeeping systems. The person will maintain employee pay, hours worked and tax records. Maintains employee benefit contribution records for health and welfare plans. Human Resources Specialist will maintain employee files and documentation. It is the responsibility of the incumbent to prepare off cycle pay and final checks for separating employees, calculate payroll adjustments, and compute pay for incentive programs such as Team Award. In addition, the person will provide excellent customer service to workers and managers in person, by phone and email. Provides training on payroll processes, and Workday Payroll.
