What you'll be doing
- The principal purpose of Human Resources Specialist is to assist the development of our HR function. Accountable for ensuring compliance and data integrity, the Specialist administers programs in a proactive, professional, and comprehensive way. This experienced person will drive the onboarding process for new hires (prep managers, conduct orientation, collect new hire paperwork, background checks, I-9 verification, etc.). In addition, the person will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local ordinances and reporting requirements (EEO-1, Form 5500s, SFHCSO, etc.). The incumbent will oversee and maintain the HR systems suite to ensure data integrity and intuitiveness. Also, she/he will manage the employee benefits program, including audits, open enrollment system setup, and testing activities.
What your background should be
- 3+ years of related experience in human resources
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
