IAM System Administrator

What you'll be doing: Manages the use of the identity management product suite (IAM). This includes identity manager, identity audit and Novell secure login. Performs complex business process analysis of the interaction between job roles and system functionalities. Then, works with business proponents and other stakeholders to develop requirements for adding applications to the IAM solution at the company. Serves as high level production support for all IAM issues that cannot be resolved by front line support staff. Works cooperatively with the company IT management and with system administrators for all systems that interacts with IAM to troubleshoot issues, keeps current with changing system requirements and prioritize enhancement activities. Serves as an application developer. Perform all other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: Experience in developing requirements from end user interactions including the ability to run meetings to gather those requirements. Experience coding in a structured 4GL or scripting development environment. Experience with XML and standard change management and SDLC procedures. Experience with active directory. Experience using Novell identity manager, identity audit and Novell secure login or similar identity management and single sign on solutions strongly preffered.
