What you'll be doing
- Review the planned task with customer to ensure it meets customer requirements. Take Lead role with customer and teams to ensure scheduling and proper resource assignments to meet key deliverable milestones. Verify and confirm continued validity of implementation constraints (scope, quality, and time) during the implementation life cycle. Seek necessary support in removing obstacles to deliverable progress. Report progress and issues throughout the process. Develop and manage the customer relationship to understand their business and exceed their expectations. Meet internal and external delivery milestones and ensure that client expectations are clearly defined and met. Ensure completion of tasks within specified time frames.
What your background should be
- 1 to 3 years of IT related customer service. IT implementation experience required. Hands-on project management experience with a demonstrated record of accomplishment of success preferred. Knowledge of design and implementation of WAN circuits, routing protocols, switches, firewalls and network load balancers preferred. Working knowledge of the following technical disciplines in an enterprise environment: networking, servers (UNIX/Microsoft), data bases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle), and/or security services. Customer service oriented, with a working knowledge of ITIL foundations. Technical certifications preferred; Cisco, Microsoft or Information security technical certifications. U.S. Citizenship or green card preferred.
