What you'll be doing
- The in house marketing agent is responsible to greet guests and schedule quality tours for the sales department. The candidate will assist with daily functions to run the department efficiently. S/he will create and ensure follow-up calls, which are continuously made for the daily missed list. The incumbent will maintain accurate records (daily penetration, tour manifest, master). Continue the general order after day manager leaves. Assist guests with direction and information of local attractions. Keep in constant communication with tour reception and welcome center. Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate departments. This position will perform other duties as required.

- The candidate should have the ability to act fairly with fellow teammates. S/he should have energetic, outgoing, and courteous personality. The applicant should have basic computer skills, must have good phone skills and proficiency in word, and excel. S/he must be able to work a flexible schedule. The incumbent should have previous customer service skills with the ability to service both internal and external customers.
