The inbound sales representative is responsible for selling cablevisions video products and services to residential customers ensuring growth of new market penetration, plus upgrades (where applicable) and retention of remarket customer base. The inbound representative understands and communicates knowledge of all video products and services, including new and varied technological features, product, equipment functionality, existing programming content, pricing, packaging and lineup. Identify potential customers and follow-up on leads from customer contacts and office sources is essential. Prepare and document sales calls, demonstrate professional salesmanship through the use of highly developed sales techniques and effective presentation skills. Additionally, the inbound representative will understand all phases and aspects of the customer billing system and is able to interpret and explain to the customer current and historical information contained within the system in response to any customer related inquiries.
What your background should be
The successful candidate will have 3 years consumer sales experience with the ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Must possess exemplary verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, strong negotiation skills and a track record of telecommunication products is a plus. Bi-lingual Spanish strongly preferred.
