What you'll be doing

Prepare detailed ad hoc reporting on credit acceptance corporation payment calculation. Use research skill to analyze data for policy and operation decision and root cause analysis. Assure quality and integrity of data collected, analysis performed, and report generated. Working with different system and accessing various sources of data. Provide expert consultation on data availability, content, and quality. Use business knowledge to determine project requirement, resolve business issue, and identify change or barrier, which affect project design. Collaborate with information technology partner to ensure new development, enhancement or fixe meet business need. Participate in system design review, reviewing test evidence and participating in status meeting. Ensure that major requirement addressed and that solution incorporated into the business and system workflow.

What your background should be

Minimum five years of experience in health care analytics and information management role. Possess core managed care business knowledge and strong understanding of health care data system, which support core function including application for claim payment, medical management, enrollment and eligibility, network and provider contract administration and reimbursement. Technical sophistication with relational database concept and application, analytic data development and decision support tools. Excellent communication skill; written, verbal, and organizational skill. Exhibit a strong customer service focus with demonstrated ability to resolve business issues creatively.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor or master degree in business, finance, economics, health administration, statistics, mathematics, or relevant field.
