What you'll be doing

The job holder leads the technical design, development and documentation of cross-functional, multi-platform distributed application systems. He/she analyzes, defines and documents requirements for data, workflow, and logical processes and interfaces with other systems. The information technology manager also ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved by coordinating, coding, testing, implementation and documentation. The individual interacts with business users and understands enterprise risk business requirements, and analyzes and comes up with optimal technology solutions to business requirements. Designs/develops end to end technology solutions for the enterprise risk business including batch process, calculation engine, database modeling, testing and process automation etc. Conducts system analysis and work estimate for new tasks. Collaborates with other internal or external teams on projects such as sourcing data feed, working with vendors etc.

What your background should be

10+ years experience required. Ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of the total computing environment of the company, including all key IT functions, interdependencies and business impact of future IT plans. A broad skills set covering programming, database, scripting, system performance, distributed architecture are expected. Applicant requires having experience of working with development of complex large scale risk systems; deep knowledge of risk area in financial service industry; strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, excellent team player; and superb ownership mindset, a habit of excellence.
