Inside Sales Representative

What you'll be doing: The Inside Sales Representative position in our company is a commission role that is responsible for building solid relationships and closing sales in order to drive revenue. Through outbound activities, the chosen individual will be able to demonstrate the whole scope of his / her unlimited commission potential. The most common responsibilities and duties of the Inside Sales Representative position: - Respond to the incoming calls from the company customers, including entry of orders and quotes. - Maintain knowledge of related vendors, products, policies and methods of delivery. - Build up a book of accounts through earning the trust as well as respect of clients or / and their referrals. - Timely follow-up with the company clients in order to meet sales quotas on a monthly basis.

What your background should be: Nice to have / Should have / Must have experiences and qualifications: - Ability to professionally sell over the phone. - Strong desire to master new skills. - Solid attention to details. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Goal, success and customers needs orientation. - Competitive nature. - Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time. - College Degree and previous phone sales experience. - Prior sales force experience. - Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills.
