Inside Sales Representative

What you'll be doing
- Responsible for meet or exceed assigned annual gross margin budget by promoting and selling product in assigned territory in compliance with the companies pricing policy. Handle customer complaint promptly, effectively and report potential claim. Keep management informed of local competition and market condition. Carry out sales and merchandise program as directed and recommend new item for stock. Maintain up to date customer record or file and report of business transaction; assist in collection of past due account. Participate in training session, trade show and sales meeting as requested. Demonstrate product after sale when necessary. Perform all other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Minimum of 1 year experience required. 2-3 years experience preferred. Knowledge of product line and pricing. Knowledge of business administration, sales and marketing. Negotiation skills. Ability to learn business and work independently to achieve goals. Ability to make a professional presentation of self and products. Ability to sell and be persuasive.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or GED required. Four years degree preferred.
