What you'll be doing
- The candidate for this position will: - Support the providers through providing professional assistance in the provision of care. - Coordinate the nursing process including: planning, assessment, implementation, evaluation and recording of patient education and patient care. - Assist with the supervision and the orientation of new personnel. - Collaborate with the management team. - Coordinate services with the other health care team representative
