What you'll be doing

What the Inside Sales Representative is required to do: - Compare the purchase orders of the customers to the orders that have been entered in order to make sure all term & conditions and specifications of the order are successfully met. - Keep an appropriate quotation and order files. - Work with Product Marketing and Engineering in order to make certain all Technical Requirements are met to complete quotations. - Ensure that Purchase Orders meet the financial terms and NOV delivery as well as the other commercial requirements. - Co-operate with the Scheduling Department. - Discuss all current pricing and the issues related to the deliveries with the clients. - Generate quotation and sales reports. - Travel as requested in order to meet the sales objectives. - Handle the range of the other duties as required by the Inside Sales Manager.

What we expect from the candidate for the Inside Sales Representative position: - Ability to handle multiple tasks and accomplish assigned duties as requested. - High School Diploma. - Proficiency in MS Office and strong knowledge of Movex. - Ability to work independently with no supervision. - Outstanding communication skills.
