What you'll be doing

Work with trainers and subject matter experts to gather and develop content and instruction for courses. Develop and edit content in participant and facilitator materials to support the overall learning goals and objectives. Develop and edit deliverables such as reference materials, user guides, and classroom aids. Perform follow-ups with all stakeholders to ensure deliverable completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the course design. Review and edit materials for updates. Assist with company learning management system administration and reporting. Conduct live trainings as necessary. Maintain inventory and order training materials for all locations. Assist with special projects and initiatives within the human resource department as necessary. Perform all other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Experience designing instructor-led and self-paced, interactive instructional training content. Ability to manage and complete multiple training and performance improvement projects. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Excellent research, writing, and editing skills, and the ability to clearly communicate design concepts and instructions.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
