What you'll be doing
- As an Insurance and Financial Services Team Member, candidate will responsible to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day. This position considering the complicated nature of many banking and investment products, people often need help deciphering the details of financial products. As a member, candidate will understanding all options & the course and follows the wealth growing process.
What your background should be
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Successful record of accomplishment of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to multi-task. Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
