What you'll be doing

Primary responsibility will be to coordinate and implement all active and passive recruiting initiative for new agent in the region. Making outbound call to source and follow up on applicant and other lead. Take interviewing potential candidate and take, through the hiring process with farmer. Evaluate the prospective candidate qualification while providing clear and concise information to help the prospective candidate make an informed decision to become an agent. Consistently achieving the expected goal and objective of a suite of quantitative and qualitative metric as defined for the recruitment position and scorecard including, but not limited to; pending application, reserve appointment agreement, conversion rate, show rate, schedule or queue adherence compliance.

What your background should be

Two or more years of professional experience. Previous recruiting experience is a plus. Web and networking skill. Social media experience. Self-motivation and goal orientation. Strong organizational, time management and follow through skill. Desire to continually learn new product and service.
