The insurance stuff will be basically helping the business to grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience by thriving in a fast-paced environment. The individual will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationship and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. The responsible individual for the asking position will work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. He/she will also perform other emergency and significant duties when needed.
What your background should be
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills; excellent communication skills-written, verbal and listening; knowledge of life products and knowledge of health products are expected from the ideal candidate. The person should also be self-motivated and detail oriented.
