What you'll be doing

Provides research and analysis of intelligence policy issues and develops organizational policy and directives. Assists and collaborates in the development and implementation of policy directives, briefing materials, and procedures. Analyzes, recommends, and helps implement organizational improvements. Assists with research, development, and IC integration concepts. Supports the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for IC members, policy makers, and other major stakeholders. Develops information that extends knowledge in a given field. Information may form the basis of newly developed concepts, theories, and products. Acts independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with development and implementation of operational programs. Plans R&D programs and recommends technical application programs to accomplish long-range objectives. Work typically supports long-range strategic goals. Researches and develops highly advanced new applications resulting in new product or opportunities. Serves as consultant to top management in long-range planning concerning new or projected areas of technical research and advancement.

What your background should be

Must be U.S. citizen with current top secret security clearance and eligible for SCI access; full scope polygraph may be required. Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness. Applies and develops highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts. Viewed as an expert in the field and the corporation. Able to communicate effectively at the highest levels.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor or equivalent experience + 20 years, master + 18 years, or PhD + 15 years of professional experience.
