What you'll be doing
- As an Investor Accounting Assistant, you will deal with the following duties and responsibilities: - Perform cash flow monitoring. - Investor reporting and remitting to both customers and agencies. - Handle reconciliations of the trial balance. - Set up as well as maintain Fidelity system. - Maintain accounting logs. - Install investor software updates if needed. - Field calls from customers and investors. - Log bank Statements as completed and received. - Update all Procedures as required.
What your background should be
- The Full Time Investor Accounting Assistant position requires the following qualifications and skills: - Proficiency in MS Office Products as well as 10 key calculator. - Two or more years of previous experience within the Corporate Accounting field. - Bank Accounting Reconciliation Training is a must. - One of more years of prior experience in the Mortgage / Investor Accounting servicing industry.
