What you'll be doing
- Provide weekly program status to senior leadership. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Anticipate issues and act proactively to address potential issues. Gather and update project materials, completing budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents. Speak to details of the project to both the business and technical teams from beginning to end of all projects. Obtain maximum value from information technology project management services. Manage key projects to ensure successful completion; manage cross-functional interdependencies. Improve processes to optimize performance and value over time. Provide risk management and issue/problem resolution as required. Collaborate and partner with enterprise project management office on cross-application programs/projects.
What your background should be
- 5+ years of IT project or program management, involving experience communicating risks, issues, and project status to executive level management. 5+ years of experience working hands-on with all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree required.
