What you'll be doing
- As an IT Help Desk Specialist, the candidate will offer help desk support to the business in the use of Microsoft Office and continually stay abreast of the technology and business needs in order to determine ways to use technology to develop the business. The candidate will also help the development staff with identifying reporting demands, developing reports, and validating results using Eclipse Report Writer, SharePoint, MS Access, MS Excel and other related software to provide reporting solutions as required. position holder will also work closely with the rest of the IT team, other areas of the business and our vendors to specify, prioritize, design, and accomplish improvements.

- 2+ years of experience
Required Schooling / Training
- 2 year degree
