What you'll be doing
- The purpose of this role is to offer technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. The incumbent will provide first response problem documentation, diagnosis, and resolution. IT Help Desk Specialist will oversee individual and group training in desktop software applications. It is the chargeability of the IT Help Desk Specialist to meet with new hires and provides an overview of information technology services and company computer and telephone systems. Also, she/he will serve as a technical resource on desktop software applications such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio. Explains the technical complexities of software to users.

- 3 years of computer help desk support experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's degree
