What you'll be doing

Responsible for tracking key delivery milestones and coordinating resources across multiple projects within the program. Deliver processes, best practices and capabilities that support TSG engagements with their strategic partners. In addition, this role will leverage technology, people and skills with a continuous eye towards improving the customer experience. Deliver projects and initiatives aimed at improving ability to maximize capacity, velocity, efficiency and quality. Drive the identification of issues and opportunities; facilitate collaboration and implementation of solutions. Strategically contribute to global workforce solutions initiatives. Facilitate relationships and communications between the teams and their strategic partners. Champion cultural agility and diversity in a global workforce.

What your background should be

5+ years of technology delivery experience. Experience developing standard processes and best practices. Experience with off shore or outsourced IT engagements. Proven communication, presentation and meeting facilitation skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong organizational, consultative and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze unstructured data and information and derive meaningful conclusions.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in IT or business management
