What you'll be doing
- IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for serving as the primary functional administrator of the Service Now ITSM tool suite as well as all enterprise desktop infrastructure, including patch management and software deployment. This position is expected for building, maintaining, and administering system images, work on special projects as a technical expert resource, and provide hands-on support to team members and customers. This position will provide direction and execution of metrics and department strategy. It is the task of the IT Systems Administrator to manage internal IT projects as well as customer improvement projects and delegate tasks to team members as appropriate; follow-up as appropriate to ensure timely completion of requirements.
What your background should be
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
