What you'll be doing

This role will be required for executing day-to-day backup functions, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is sent off site as needed. The IT Systems Administrator will proactive approach to solve technical, process and business relationships. In addition, she/he will install, configure update, patch and resolving different physical and virtualized operating systems. Further, this individual will research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration functions. Duties sometimes may require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.

What your background should be

1-3 years of system administration experience

Required Schooling / Training

BS degree in computer science
