What you'll be doing
- The position focuses on providing assistance to end users regarding all their hardware and software requirements, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and delivering one-to-one support and training as needed. The post holder will also be required to install, upgrade, and configure the systems as necessary, ensuring all activities are in line with the company's strategic IT initiatives.
What your background should be
- 1-3 years of IT administration experience in a 50+ user environment.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's Degree in IT.
