What your background should be

6 years related IT management experience managing a voice telephony network in a fast paced services industry environment of 5000+ users. Knowledge of voice planning & design, installation, and administration. Mobility solutions (i.e. smartphones, tablets, cellular, wireless hotspot and broadband devices, etc.). Experience in managing a highly available production environment, including assessing and minimizing risk for change activity. Proficient at root cause analysis and remediation to avoid future outages. Budget planning experience and contract negotiation skills. Ability to closely interact with and influence all levels of management, different business units to gather and implement business requirements. Must have the ability to multi-task and drive several projects at once. Prior implementation experience with SIP.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in computer science, management information technology or communications.
