Java Programmer

What you'll be doing: Java programmer will be working on the development of a new open source platform for a hosted SAAS product for mobile applications and systems. This is a greenfield development project on a mission critical product. Applicant will be working with SCALA, HADOOP, spring, MVC, hibernate, JUNIT, web services, and multiple databases (MYSQL, NOSQL, etc). Applicant has excellent opportunity to make an impact on the next generation of products in a fast paced/agile environment. Applicant will develop core, web based enterprise applications that are client facing.

What your background should be: Applicant should have 2-8 years of core Java development experience. Open source enthusiast who can drive platform change. Experience working for a software firm developing commercial grade applications. Web services, experience building & coding new commercial grade software for external clients. Experience building your own frameworks for web services API. Hard core technologist who has a variety of open source tools and technologies. Java frameworks (prefer spring, hibernate, MVC, etc). Applicant should have the ability to thrive in a fast paced agile environment. A passion for technology and getting into mobile development.
