What you'll be doing
- The principal purpose of the position holder is to assist with the design, development, deployment and maintenance of LAN and WAN system environments. Jr. Network Administrator will work closely with an energetic, highly experienced, strongly cross-trained and supported IT team to install, configure, design, build, and maintain windows-based operating system workstations, servers. It is the accountability of the ideal candidate to provide day-to-day assistance, maintenance and administration of various systems such as: server backups and troubleshooting, checking error logs on domain controllers, replication, exchange servers, cloud services, patch testing and user provisioning, and addressing the escalation or reporting of critical issues. Furthermore, she/he will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when needed.
What your background should be
- 2 years of windows systems administration experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's degree
