What you'll be doing

Under the guidance of the design lead, Associate Creative Director or Art Director, the Junior Print Designer will be required to: - Perform revisions to and development of print ads, logos and POP elements for a wide range of consumer and retail packaged goods clients. - Collaboratively communicate with the clients of the company. - Closely work with the other members of the company creative team. - Provide help with the development of thematic feel and look of creative. - Check the work for deletions, typos, errors and duplications in order to make sure the final product is perfect. - Assist in the process of conceptualizing concise and visually dynamic 3D / 2D design ideas. - Pre-flight, prepare as well as upload files for the print production when required. - Generate print-ready art files. - Understand, comprehend and apply creative directly to the retail POP issues. - Handle all the other assigned functions in a team environment.

What your background should be

The most suitable candidate for the Junior Designer role must thrive in a success oriented and deadline-driven environment. Besides, the Junior Print Designer must have solid understanding of preparation of the files used for the print production; ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks at the same time; prioritize work in order to meet the external and internal deadlines. And finally, the Junior Print Designer must be proficient in Adobe CS4 and the other printing processes.
