What you'll be doing

Managing the preparation and approval of construction plans. Managing schedules and budgets for construction plan approvals and development activities. Managing the bidding process, contractor selection and contract execution. Monitoring construction quality control and conformance to design plans and internal standards. Interfaces with governmental officials for required inspections and approvals. Managing cost control. Managing the preparation and approval of construction plans. Monitoring construction quality control and conformance to design plans and internal standards. Interfaces with governmental officials for required inspections and approvals. Managing cost control, invoice approvals and completing a budget vs. actual comparison.

The ability to interact well with others and to successfully balance multiple tasks. Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the use of Microsoft Project are also required.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
