What you'll be doing
- The Law Office Administrator will become the voice and the face of our company local law office. He / she will be required to perform a great variety of office manager responsibilities while being an integral part of the law office team. Law Office Administrator duties may include: - Maintain the office calendar if the attorneys and make use of discretion en ensuring their schedule is used in the most efficient way. - Deal with the direct incoming calls for the law firm office. - Keep the office properly organized and maintained (including supply room, lobby area and so on). - Collect, organize and enter relevant information into legal software. - Pull end of the day reports for the Communications Dept. - Carefully, discretely and accurately handle sensitive client data. - Approach every customer and employee with a genuine warmth and positive energy. - Check voice mail and regular mail as required, in order to assure timely responses to every issue. - Cope with the other tasks as required with promptness and accuracy, meeting all deadlines.
