What you'll be doing

As a lead manager of ecommerce site operations, the applicant will oversee and manage the business efforts for site operations with steady state data analysis as well as direct and manage, if applicable, appropriate staff supports position. Support a data driven approach to support eservices in planning and prioritization, implementation and sustainment of eservice portfolio projects. Implement and manage approach for the eservices organization of site operations for new and enhanced capabilities. Collaborate with operations and adoption teams to support site operations components as well as monitor reporting in support of online capabilities and products. Work with metrics and other relevant groups to define, coordinate; report results and business impact of ongoing customer transactions and interactions, especially related to new or enhanced capabilities by developing supporting data stories and views. Identify and implement resources to detect site issues, collect metrics, establish solid reporting and drive resolution. Assist with regular monitoring of kpis results prepare and present departmental level briefings of capabilities, projects and key metrics. Partner with other the organizations (call centers, stores, etc.) To share results, drive alignment, gather input and drive a cohesive cross channel experience. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Two or more years of site operations experience; experience using data and metrics in problem solving and analysis of issues, driving decisions and results. Experience defining key metrics and reporting needs. Experience working with projects through a software development lifecycle. Project or program management experience and writing business experience requirements. Experience working across multiple business groups of a multi level organization. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills preferred.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree required and masters degree preferred.
