What you'll be doing
- Lead receiving processes in training; assist in action plans to improve performance. Lead receiving and deluxing of merchandise throughout the unit. Price products per outlet pricing guidelines and lead efforts in unit achievement of improved margins and cost recovery. Adhere to operational processes (i.e., receiving, replenishment, shipping and acct. 112) and ensure consistency and performance standards are met. Develop partnership with the company logistics services, distribution centers and product repair services. Ensure that the unit adheres to safety policies and procedures.
What your background should be
- 1-2 years relevant experience. Courageous leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of store and retail operations.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
