What you'll be doing

Responsible for the overall delivery and evaluation of clinical program development and implementation of evidence based practice in all therapies and milieu life. Provide daily guidance, direction and treatment interventions by monitoring clients activities in a manner that develops and nurtures personal values and an effective system of communication. Offer a variety of treatment interventions and options to promote social and school success and works towards successful discharge to a lesser level of care. Assist the director with the administration, organization and leadership of the company. Provide back up support for case coverage for other therapists on an as needed basis to cover vacation, illness or trainings. Lead the treatment team as a member of leadership through weekly treatment team meetings, coaching and guidance on individual treatment issues as well as providing feedback to the team on group issues. Review, provide feedback on and sign off on all clinical documentation (clinical notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, re-certification forms, etc.) for therapist or supervisees.

What your background should be

The applicant should have experience in related field. Candidate must have good communication skills. Must have basic computer skills. Advanced in Microsoft Suits like Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
