What you'll be doing
- Provides consulting services on technologies supporting performance-based solutions to business partners, stakeholders, and enterprise associates. Consults on technology issues, tools, processes, and solutions with learning & development (L&D) leaders/analysts and business partners. Establishes and maintains relationships with business partners/stakeholders. Maintains expertise in technologies that support learning environments. Performs such other related tasks and assumes such other related responsibilities as may from time to time be assigned by the management as appropriate.
What your background should be
- Two to five years of demonstrated experience in use of one or more of the following innovative pedagogies and instructional technologies is desired: use of social/community-based learning, user-generated video-on-demand for learning, strategic use of content curation for learning, and mobile learning/performance support.
Required Schooling / Training
- Masters or Ph.D. (or equivalent experience) in a learning or human performance improvement-related field is desired.
