What you'll be doing

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned. Analyze all invoices received from landlords for lease related expenses to ensure the requested payment is reasonable. Research data in the property information management system (REM) and store files to verify the requested payment is owed. Approve and process lease related invoices of $10,000 or less for payment. Interact with the manager, real estate payables to have invoices greater than $10,000 approved for payment. Maintain a log of payments made to landlords. Maintain real estate database for determining real estate and CAM accruals. Interact with landlords on a daily basis. File processed payments in store accounting file.

Ability to preserve confidentiality of information. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects. Ability to work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines. Proficiency with the microsoft office suite (word, excel, and access). Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency. Ability to work extended days on an occasional basis. Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
