What you'll be doing
- Perform all responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct marketing and leasing efforts to maximize the occupancy of the community. Participate and coordinate resident retention programs. Generate traffic of prospective residents by utilizing effective marketing techniques. Complete and submit required materials in a timely manner such as weekly reports, guest cards and service requests. Respond to internet and telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Ensure confidentiality of client, resident and company information. Understand the lease document and all related addendums and be able to clearly communicate all relative information to residents, prospective residents and parents. Participate in all move-in and move-out related activities. Assist in collecting rents, security deposits and other income as requested. Develop a sense of community. Assist in mediation and resolution of resident conflicts by encouraging the respect and appreciation for individual differences.
What your background should be
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years in sales, customer service, or related field. Possess the desire to grow, learn and serve the residents and customers. Proficient with computers, windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet and email, and other relevant applications. Proficient with basic office equipment such as copier and fax machine. Strong organization and time management skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or equivalent degree required. Bachelor degree preferred.
