What your background should be

Minimum two years of experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting, preferably in a home health or hospice setting. Current nursing license in the practicing state; a valid driving license and a current CPR certification is required. Must have good communication skills. Basic knowledge in computer skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Graduate of an accredited licensed practical nursing program or accredited school of vocational nursing.
