What you'll be doing

The incumbent is responsible to develop lead, schedule appointment, identify customer need, and market appropriate product and service. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Ability to work in a team environment, make presentations to potential customers and achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals. Responsible for all other duties as assigned by management.

What your background should be

The individual should have working experience in related field. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and proactive in problem solving. Property and casualty license must be able to obtain. Also life and health license.
