What you'll be doing

Responsible for all preparation of fried chip, wedge and onion ring prepared in the kitchen of the restaurant. Ensure all chip cooler are clean and free of extra debris. Prepare food item prior to cooking in accordance with the chip packaging chart. Other duties include, maintaining the fryer and quality of the shortening oil as outlined in the fryer rotation chart and shortening management reference guide. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining a sanitary and clean kitchen workstation. Ensure all sauce pump are cleaned, filled and in working order. This position also control food presentation, quality assurance and timeliness of food delivery. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
