What you'll be doing
- This position reports to finance global head of location strategy. The candidate would need to demonstrate flexibility and initiative in tackling a diverse set of tasks related to the implementation and regulatory requirements associated with location strategy. Commitment to serve as first point of contact for finance business units with regards to transition management. Execute post transition reviews, ensuring appropriate ROI achieved, and understanding lessons learned and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency of process. Provide governance on transition documentation, policies and procedures to ensure global standards are adhered to management reporting. Prepare ad-hoc global, regional and departmental reports; analyze data to identify additional outsourcing opportunities. Must be maintain manage quality and completeness of documentation on location strategy, SharePoint and policy portal sites.
What your background should be
- 5-10 years relevant experience required. Must have strong project management skills-ability to manage self and others to achieve results (on time and within budget). Technical expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Must be ability to presentation skills, able to assess an audience and tailor a message/presentation accordingly, able to explain complex topics in a straightforward manner. Ability to prioritize workload; flexibility to participate in global calls during off hours. He or she must be self-starter, takes initiative, resourceful, able to get things done with limited direction.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree.
