Logistics Group Leader

What you'll be doing: The logistics group leader will be responsible for the work direction, safety, and leadership of the company crew. The candidate will create and maintain close working relationships with other departments on a daily basis to help deliver product that exceeds to company customer’s expectations. This position will also be responsible for leading a logistics team by setting clear direction in a frequently changing environment using proven employee relations, employee development and employee involvement skills. The successful incumbent will perform other job related duties or special projects as assigned.

What your background should be: The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience leading a logistics/warehouse team. Familiarity in the receiving process of raw materials and finished goods, including the production entry process is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
