What you'll be doing
- The responsibility of the candidate is to support their assigned store business plan and the direction of corporate loss prevention by providing leadership, expertise and training to their assigned store for the reduction of inventory shortage and controllable loss. This include deterring loss attributed to external, internal theft through observation, apprehension and when directed prosecution. Work surveillance on the sale floor requiring a focused attention to detail to identify potential external and internal theft opportunity. Maintain a safe work environment and respond and handle volatile situation. Effectively handle multiple task and project through completion while demonstrating the ability to communicate finding accurately.
What your background should be
- Previous experience in retail loss prevention preferred. Strong written and verbal skills to prepare case paperwork and testifying in court proceedings as a representative. Strong investigative skill. Ability to make decisions and problem solving. Satisfy all licensing requirement. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability and comfort to effectively perform apprehension while working alone.
Required Schooling / Training
- 4 year College degree
