What you'll be doing

The global industrial and automotive supplier is now on the search for a highly competent Machine Operator, who will be required to deal with the following duties and responsibilities: - Maintain all required quality measurements as well as reporting. - To know and recognize essential parts for every component while having each part identified and accurately organized in such a way as to avoid their mixing - Ensure that all elements have been accepted and correspond to the assembly work order and blueprint. - Take responsibility for sampling parts in the process of the assembly operation in order to ensure all parts meet the blueprint specifications. - Demonstrate knowledge of how to both load and unload machines. - Make sure the manufacturing area is properly organized and cleaned in accordance to 5s. - Verify that all required gages and paperwork are on the workstation.

What your background should be

The most qualified candidates for the Machine Operator position will have: - Previous inspection and assembly experience. - 3 months of work experience preferably in manufacturing with an automotive supplier. - Basic PC skills. - Metal / Machining working experience. - Availability on week-ends and ability to work overtime.

Required Schooling / Training

High School Diploma or equivalent.
