Maintenance Planner

What you'll be doing
- Distribute weekly surveillance work orders. Gather data and co-ordinate efforts to identify and eliminate bad actors. Check planned and confirmed work orders and maintenance history recordings. Review daily breakdown statistics and remedies executed to determine if engineering input is required. Review work order feedback from the trades regarding updates to task lists, and maintenance plans and make suggestions to correction master data. Run the morning/evening scheduling and shift crossover meetings. Run weekly team meetings where weekly KPI, action item status, and maintenance performance is reviewed, and actions planned. Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports as required. Manage work order back log and drive efforts to reduce.
What your background should be
- Three to five years of experience in plant maintenance and operations (both are best). Have excellent team building and communication skills. Have the ability to set priorities, work independently, and coordinate multiple projects utilizing available resources. Be able to work calmly and methodically under pressure.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree preferred in a related field.
