What you'll be doing
- Supervise process and program to effectively control and reduce loss time injuries. Ensure the safety and security of team member and customer. Control staffing level to maintain budgeted level of employment. Supervise staff member and delegate duties. Development of staff, interview, hire and evaluate. Review and maintain department inventory of maintenance supplies. Communicate all maintenance task activities accomplished and assigned with facilities manager. Supervise and coordinate timely completion of property and safety inspection report, applicable OSHA compliance, EAP regulation and ADA building code. Meet with departmental manager and supervisor as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Ability to maintain confidentiality relative to operation financial data, company policies, procedure, promotion and team member relation issue. Through various oral and written report to the Facilities Manager. Office environment and maintenance shop environment. Casino environment. May include boat or floating barge. High rise hotel and atrium. Exposed to all temperature, noise, dust, fume and smoke.
