What you'll be doing
- The incumbent is responsible for general safety and security of facility, furnishing, and equipment with maintenance management. Relay all pertinent information, issue, need, idea to management staff member as appropriate; complete all daily maintenance requests and report any unfinished work to maintenance management; inspect all equipment for proper functioning on a regular basis. Responsible for working with tool, ladder, and maintenance supplies as directed. Perform preventive maintenance activities. Maintain overall cleanliness of facility and equipment. Assist in industrial cleaning duties as directed by supervisor. Maintain safe condition of interior and exterior walkway.
What your background should be
- One-year prior experience with industrial cleaning or related experience. Ability to pass lift truck training program. Commitment to ongoing training. Knowledge of power tools. Experience in electrical work. Strong interpersonal skill.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or equivalent.
